With over 30 years of consulting experience, Tim has a deep understanding of the unique opportunities and challenges recordkeepers encounter in their quest for growth and profitability. Beyond his client work, Tim has contributed to and published numerous independent studies in fields such as behavioral economics and its influence on customer behavior, effective customer experience, and group benefits and retirement programs tailored for small businesses. Tim holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
